Call for expression of interest For Companies and individual consultants Training and coaching for Eko-svest

Eko-svest launches a call for expression of interest for international and national companies and individual consultants for service provision. The service shall cover the following:

– Training for Eko-svest staff (up to 15 people) to help build organizational culture. Duration 2-4 days. Location North Macedonia. Time of execution: autumn 2024.

– Individual training sessions for selected staff members (up to 3 staff members, 1,5 hours per session, up to 1 session per month per person). Duration 24 months. Location: Online.

– Consultation ad hoc sessions for staff members (7-8 ad hoc sessions as needed). Duration: 24 months. Location: online.

The overall objective of the activity is to build professional relationships based on trust, respect and support and to provide support to the leadership structure of Eko-svest in performing their management and organizational duties.

The expected result of this programme is a team of professionals who act and behave with integrity, responsibility and honesty. At the same time in their  professional capacity show support, understanding and actively communicate both positive and negative feedback to others.

This behavior is visible in all staff members at all levels in Eko-svest.

Interested companies and individual consultants should at minimum comply with the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience with training, coaching and mentoring of teams and individuals within  civil society organisations (experience with environmental organisations will be considered an advantage).

Interested companies and individual consultants should express their interest to participate in this call by submitting:

• Letter of expression of interest
• Signed statement (Annex 1).

Annex 1. Statement

STATEMENT

• bankrupt or being wound up, are having affairs administered by the courts, have entered into an arrangement with creditors, have suspended business activities, are the subject of proceedings concerning these matters, or are in any analogous situation arising from a similar procedure provided for in national legislation or regulations;
• been convicted for an offence concerning the professional conduct by a judgement which has the force of res judicata;
• been guilty of grave professional misconduct proven by any means justifiable;
• been established by a final judgment or a final administrative decision that the economic  operator is guilty of grave professional misconduct by having violated applicable laws or regulations or ethical standards of the profession to which the economic operator belongs, or by having engaged in any wrongful conduct which has an impact on its professional credibility where such conduct denotes a wrongful intent or gross negligence, including, in particular, any of the following: fraudulently or negligently misrepresenting information required for the verification of the absence of grounds for exclusion or the fulfilment of selection criteria or in the performance of a contract, influenced decision-making process, attempting to obtain confidential information for advantages in the procurement procedure.
• has not fulfilled obligations relating to the payment of social security contributions or the payment of taxes in accordance with the legal provisions of the country in which they are established or with those of the country where the contract is to be performed; they have been the subject of a judgement which has the force of res judicata for fraud, corruption, involvement in a criminal organisation, or any other illegal activity detrimental to the donors’ financial interests; they are currently subject to an administrative penalty referred to in section 2.3.5 of the Practical Guide to contract procedures for EC external actions:
