Eko-svest is launching a call for expression of interest for companies and consultants to develop three courses on climate change and related topics.
The Terms of Reference of the assignment can be found as Annex 1 to this call.
The call is open from 21.01.2025 until 31.01.2025.
Interested consultants and companies can send their offer no later than 31.01.2025 at 17:00 CET.
The offer should be submitted in electronic form to [email protected] Subject title Offer for development of online courses.
The offer package includes:
• expression of interest maximum one (1) page, highlighting relevant experience and knowledge;
• technical proposal (maximum 3 pages);
• financial offer, expressed in day fees; the total value of the offer cannot exceed 3.500 euro.
• updated work resume (CV), if team, a CV for each team member should be included in the offer. It should contain a full description of relevant qualifications and professional work experience;
• two (2) references with provided contact information;
• Statement on exclusion criteria (Annex 2) submitted in English OR Macedonian
Criteria for companies and consultants for this call:
• Experience in developing curricula and learning methodology on climate change and related topics
• Experience in environment and climate change topics
• Knowledge in online courses
• Knowledge in moodle learning platform is desired
Evaluation of applications
The evaluation commission will only inform selected candidate. Candidates will be evaluated based on:
Technical proposal, 30 pt
Financial offer, 30 pt
Qualifications and professional work experience; 40 pt
Total of 100pt.
Selected candidate will be informed and contract signed no later than 14/02/25.
